The entire world was eyeing on the results of the ongoing US Presidential elections 2020. Amongst the many candidates, former Vice President Joe Biden contested against Donald Trump in the elections. Yesterday, the results of the US elections were finally declared. And, Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump and got elected as the 46th President of the United States of America, along with Kamala Harris as the first woman Vice President. Now, PM Narendra Modi, and other Bollywood celebrities send out applause.
On Twitter, honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a picture with recently elected US President Joe Biden and congratulated him on his ‘spectacular’ victory. He tweeted, “Congratulations @JoeBiden on your spectacular victory! As the VP, your contribution to strengthening Indo-US relations was critical and invaluable. I look forward to working closely together once again to take India-US relations to greater heights.”
After sending out congratulatory messages to Joe Biden, PM Modi also sends out heartiest congratulations to Vice President Kamala Harris. He said that Harris’ victory is pathbreaking, and a matter of immense pride for all Indian-Americans. PM Modi said that he is also confident that India-US ties will get even stronger with her support and leadership.

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan also did the same. Ishaan Khatter also congratulated Kamala Harris, while Parineeti Chopra wished Joe Biden.
